They were on time and respectful. They worked their butts off and took care of our stuff. Nothing got broken or lost. They paid attention to labels and where we wanted boxes moved to per the label. They offered to put furniture together (which we didn't need but it was nice). They didn't charge for breaks and travel time, which was nice. There was no damage to our house as they moved stuff around.

Communication was crystal clear from the owner and the movers were very professional and handled our items and homes with a lot of care, wrapping everything with blankets to prevent any damage. I was a little nervous to hire movers as I've had bad experiences in the past but this company is honest, very professional, and seems to really care about their clients happiness. So glad I hired these guys instead of trying to do it ourselves, it made the move so much better. We probably would have been working thorough the night and sleeping on the floor without Bold Move, thanks Sam, Oren, Nathaniel, and Kevin!

They knocked it out of the park!! My expectations were blown away, they even remembered the little things.. like the picture perfect memory they had remembered almost exactly where everything went, even how underneath my bed was laid out! Impressive!! The final touch was when they put together my daughters bed before leaving saying they do it to make it easier on the customer.

We had a big move and lots of heavy stuff. We went from 3200 sq ft to 4700 sq ft. We met with several other moving companies but after my husband met Sam, he felt we were in the best hands. Sam made sure to touch base with us several times before the move to make sure all was in order. He even had plenty of wardrobe boxes for us. Let me tell ya, when these four guys showed up with two trucks, they knocked it out of the park.
